📦 Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may return most new, unopened books within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging (if applicable)

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Digital/downloadable products and gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@enterprisesanand.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address

  3. Ship the item back to us (you are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

If your refund is delayed or missing, please check with your bank or contact us for support.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost to you.
